At Salt Professional, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell. We hope your purchase is the beginning of an elevated patience experience, increased internal efficiency and a pristine, organized office. For any necessary returns we ask that you return your product in the same shipping carton in which it arrived to reduce our carbon footprint.
Return Policy Details
We accept returns only on items purchased directly through our website: www.saltprofessional.com. You can return your product(s) up to fourteen (14) days from the original date of shipment. All products must be unopened, unused and returned in the original packaging. There are no returns for customized products.
A refund for the price of the merchandise, minus the return shipping cost and a restocking fee, will be automatically applied to your method of purchase within 21 business days after receiving the returned product. Original shipping/handling costs are non-refundable.

If you made your purchase through an authorized Salt Professional affiliate or wholesaler, please contact them directly for information regarding their return policy.
Salt Professional Warranty Policy
Salt Professional works tirelessly to ensure that each product is made with the utmost attention to detail, from our hand-assembled custom organizers and drawer dividers to the pristine packaging you open. If any of our products arrive damaged in any way, we will replace it.

Acrylic Products
Our comprehensive manufacturing warranty ensures that your acrylic product arrives in pristine condition. Our premium acrylic is chemical free, antimicrobial and designed to last. We cover any acrylic products that have arrived damaged, including cracks, chips, or parts coming unglued. If you have received any acrylic products with damage, notify us as soon as possible. Please provide clear pictures and a description of the damage and our team will work to get an expedited replacement.
